My wife and I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received from your agent Joan Philpott.

We first met Joan at an open house.  She was very professional and helpful.  Joan knew we were from out of state and not 100% sure we were going to move here.  We gave Joan our e-mail address and she kept us well-informed on properties we were interested in.  After a few trips from California to Scottsdale she found our house.

Joan kept us well informed on everything.  She also located a rental house that was perfect for us; we have 3 cats and had a long escrow here and a short escrow in California.  We were 350 miles away and felt confident that everything was being handled.  Even after our house closed she has kept in contact to make sure everything is OK.

We would like to take this opportunity to offer our comments on our recent home search and purchase of our property at Terravita.

It was our good fortune that Joan Philpott introduced herself to us last season while we were renting in Terravita.  Although we were not yet committed to this area, Joan made every effort to keep us informed about properties for sale and showed us several listings in and around Scottsdale.  It was actually due to her professionalism and enthusiasm that we phoned her after leaving last season and told her that we would like to work with her to find a home.  We were not quite sure of the area that we would buy in and Joan went out of her way to accommodate us in showing us various areas.
