In Joan's own words......
My personal background was paramount in my decision to pursue a career in Real Estate. For years I rode the corporate relocation bandwagon supporting my husband's executive career. While raising a family we moved twelve times, lived in two countries and four States. I have engaged the services of several Realtors over the years and observed a significant gap between levels of service delivered from one agent to another. Some of them just didn't listen or understand what we were really looking for. I knew I could do better.
A departure from the corporate world allowed us, for the first time, to choose our own spot to live and Peter and I decided to settle in the spectacular desert foothills of Carefree, Arizona....a location chosen purely because we love it. Servicing Carefree, Cave Creek, North Scottsdale and North Phoenix, I combine the experience learned from years on the move with my proven track record in the local market place and pledge to deliver outstanding personal service each and every day as a Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
